Valiance and x-kom have locked their spots in the Europe Minor closed qualifier after topping the third open qualifier.
Surviving the first five rounds of play in the third open qualifier, some of the most notable teams who took part in the qualifier made it to day two, such as Red Reserve, AGO, Vitality, and the new lineup of Valiance.
In the quarter-finals, the aforementioned Poles went on to lose to expert, while Vitality could not make it past Rokas "EspiranTo" Milasauskas & co., which pitted Valiance up against the German side in the spot decider.
There, the European mixture came out on top 2-0 to secure the first spot in the closed qualifier. On the other side, Red Reserve went up against x-kom for the second spot and, after a tough battle on the third map, the Poles prevailed in overtime of Mirage to lock down the series.
