The Brazilian World Cyber Games qualifier has reached the playoffs as the group stage concluded after two days worth of matches.
Ten teams had made their way into the group stage, which started Friday in São Paulo. The group stage was played over the course of two days, with the remaining matches being played today. The first real upset came in the first match today, with GamerHouse unexpectedly defeating mandic 16-13 on de_nuke. This in the end meant that mandic advance in second place, while GamerHouse went undefeated through to the playoffs.
In the other group, GameCrashers cruised through in top spot, losing just eleven rounds in four matches. The team to follow GC through to the playoffs turned out to be GH.Extreme.
The semi-finals for the Brazilian WCG qualifier will see the following matchups:

The matches will be played today, but it is currently not known at what time. The matches will be played once the group stage for the Pan American Championship has finished, which still has not started, due to great delayed at the event.
The qualifier final is scheduled for 14:00 Sunday, while the third place decider is scheduled for 13:00 .
